Man Se Laksh Tak : Day 2 (16:30 to 16:45) 15.07.2023
Our Country is renowned for its rich culture, heritage and traditional knowledge. Since ages, it has been the culture of our “BHARAT” to follow behavioural rules of respect towards the fellow citizens/ bhrata / bandhu . The ideology we have seen since inception, adopted and followed is, Vasudhev Kutumbbakam (The World is one family) and modern India also has its values in, “all creatures are my brothers & sisters..”.
However, there always remains one rotten tomato amongst all the tomatoes. Be the price of tomato hike upto Burj-Khalifa but the rotten one would spoil many others. This is prevailing from ancient times but recently it has become head-ache of us all. Consider it as ignorance, innocence, immaturity, lack of awareness of public conduct, etc. Be it any factor but the people / persons creating ruckus have increased.
In the proper terminology, we can say it as “Nuisance”.
Nuisance, generally means ‘a person, thing or situation that annoys you or causes you trouble’. (As per Google Baba)
As per Section 268 IPC, “PUBLIC NUISANCE” : “ A person is guilty of a public nuisance who does any act or is guilty of an illegal omission which causes any common injury, danger or annoyance to the public or to the people in general who dwell or occupy property in the vicinity, or which must necessarily cause injury, obstruction, danger or annoyance to persons who may have occasions to use any public right.
A common nuisance is not excused on the ground that it causes some convenience or advantage .”

The more the standard of living is getting better, the more the people are getting sophisticated, the more the parents are educating their childrens, the more number of goons are visible on the sides of the cross-roads, at each & every Nukkaad, at public garden, theatre-hall & where not. What a tragic Irony! The elementary elements of the concept of “Public Nuisance”.
It can also be crafted such that, a group of few people say 10 people; Individually, each one may be the most coward but making a troop would try to impose upon their insecurity, by creating nuisance for their own satisfaction. And, the general public, decent citizen would ignore such elements for not entering into unwanted stuff & various other aspects.
Here, I can also relate something, weird in a sense, that public nuisance is a corollary to Mob-lynching. Just the change, in mob-lynching is the number of people are more & it is a kind of upgraded version of public nuisance.
It be a common issue, a direct message to all dear people that, be it any place in the entire world; for an example, two girls are having tea at a stall or an old man is smoking a cigarette at cross-roads doesn’t explicitly, implicitly, expressly or impliedly, gives signal to such anti-social elements or invitation to them to comment, tease, make unwanted scene, harass or anything of such nature.
Therefore, to cure our head-ache’s the CROCIN would be,
“HUME JO KARNA HO KARENGE, TUMHE KYA? HUM KISI KO PARESHAN NA KARENGE AUR KISI KE PARESHAN KARNE PAR AGAR INDIA MEIN HAI TO Under Section 290 IPC PUBLIC NUISANCE PUNISHABLE OFFENCE HAI ISILIYE HUM ACTION LENGE.” That’s how w’ll solve this issue & not let it spread. IF NOT STOPPED TODAY, THEN WHEN!!
